Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order.

Money Orders, Cashier’s Checks, Company Checks, & Personal Checks

We accept money orders, cashier’s checks, or certified bank checks in U.S. Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier’s check. We do not accept personal and company checks by mail. We cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received. Please include your contact information with your payment so that we may contact you upon receipt.

Multiple Product Orders

For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Sometimes products are unavailable at the time of shipping and will be shipped as they become available. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge will be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.

Order Acceptance Policy

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. INDEPENDENT4x reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.

Other Conditions

These Conditions will supersede any terms and/or conditions you include with any purchase order, regardless of whether INDEPENDENT4x signs them or not. We reserve the right to make changes to this site and these Conditions at any time.

Out-of-Stock Products

We will ship your product as it becomes available. Usually, products ship the same day if ordered by 2:00 p.m. EST, or by the next business day if your order is received after this time and for orders received on Saturday, Sunday or any major holiday. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.


Privacy on Other Web Sites

Other sites accessible through our site have their own privacy policies and data collection practices. Please consult each site’s privacy policy. Our store is not responsible for the actions of third parties.


We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 14 days from the date of receipt of your shipment. Also, fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 14 days from the receipt of your shipment (no restocking fee). Do not delay, please notify us right away if you discover a mistake and we will correct the problem. We will not make exceptions if you notify us after 14 days.
It takes time & manpower to process, package, insure, and ship orders as well as to receive and process returns. In order to offset these operations costs a 25% restocking fee will be charged on all returned orders that were correctly shipped by INDEPENDENT4x.
Please note the following about returns:
  • Foremost, Please do not order items that you do not intend to keep.
  • Only the original purchasing customer may return an item
  • NO RETURNS will be accepted on custom fabricated items. These items are custom built per customer at the time your order is placed
  • NO RETURNS on Salvage, Second Hand, Junkyard, or Recycled Parts.
  • You may only return NEW, UNINSTALLED, or UNUSED items for exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt (LESS SHIPPING AND 25% RESTOCKING FEE)
  • You must call us to obtain an Return Authorization Number & clearly mark this number on the outside of the box
  • The original invoice must accompany your return, please include a copy with your return
  • For orders paid by credit card, a credit will be issued (LESS 25% RESTOCKING FEE AND SHIPPING/HANDLING CHARGES) only to that same card.

For all returns you must first obtain a RETURN AUTHORIZATION (R.A.) NUMBER by calling 804-550-0480. The R.A. number must be clearly marked on the outside of your return package.

Return shipping charges for all returns are paid by the customer. PLEASE INSURE YOUR RETURN, INDEPENDENT4x will not be responsible for lost, damaged, or misdirected returns.

Once again, we can only except items in new, unused condition in their original packaging. This means items that can be resold to the next customer in their original condition, just as you expected to receive it. We DO NOT accept returns on any items that have been previously installed, or attempted to be installed, cut, modified, or damaged in anyway. All items will be inspected by our staff for final refund approval at the time of return. If no return is authorized, it is the customer’s responsibility to pick up the item or arrange shipping within 15 days of our receipt.

Warranty Policy

INDEPENDENT4x is proud of the work we put out and wants our customers to be satisfied too! We warrant the labor on jobs for 90 days, but not if issues are caused by abuse or neglect. This warranty is automatically voided if the parts installed by INDEPENDENT4x are modified in any way or were not used for their original intended purposes. Once and invoice has been paid and the customer takes possession of the vehicle, the customer assumes all responsibility for operating and maintaining the vehicle in a safe and responsible manner. Warranty-related labor costs will not be covered on repair or aftermarket parts installed by any shop other than INDEPENDENT4x.

The warranty covers work paid for by the original owner and cannot be sold or transferred to a secondary owner under any circumstance. Parts warranties are covered by and as described by the manufacturers only. The above warranties and policies are subject to change without prior notice.


Shipping Policy

Shipping Time — Most orders received before 2:00 p.m. EST will ship the same day, provided the product is in stock. Most orders received after 2:00 p.m. EST will ship the next business day. Due to the number of items we offer and availability, there may be times when items are back ordered. We do our best to ship back orders as soon as possible. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday. We are open from 9 a.m. – 6 p.m. EST Monday – Friday. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by INDEPENDENT4x or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.


Our store shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the state of Virginia. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes.

Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, our store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Our store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, our store shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
