Pretty great!
These gears made a huge difference! The jump is a 45% improvement in gearing. It took my case from 2.28 to 3.33. This is based on the actual tooth counts I made while swapping the gears. I will say, it's not necessarily as easy as they make it sound - not that it even sounds that easy. With my MUA5 I already had the transmission out. Even with the genuine Isuzu factory service manual, I had problems. The main issue was that the factory service manual instructs you to hold the forward output yoke with a tool - easy - just bolt on a long bar, and then remove the nut inside the case - well, this puts thrust on the beveled gears, and without the back half of the case to secure them, they put huge force on one of the bearing retainer clips - mine broke the landing off the case. After careful consideration, I decided to run it anyway, as once the case is assembled there's no place for the bearings to go. After a couple weekends of serious wheeling, I've had no problems. The gears performed great, and are a major improvement to low speed control. I have nothing left to blame but the driver!
